About Our Company

ALK Association Management Services, Inc. was established in 2005 and is family
owned and operated. Although our company is new in the field, our owners have  
several years experience with covenant enforcement, community financial
bookkeeping, and ground maintenance.  Our company is small, but dedicated to
provide homeowner board members with information needed to make educated and
economical decisions that are in the best interest of the community.  At ALK, your
board members have the opportunity to interface directly with our owners, unlike
larger management companies.  This allows prompt and personal resolution to
homeowner association concerns and allows us to maintain low overhead costs so
that we may pass on the savings to our customers.
