ALK Association Management Services, Inc. is located in Shelby Township, MI and
serves communities in the Metro Detroit area. Our company was established in 2005
and is family owned and operated. This allows us to keep our overhead costs to a
minimum, while passing on the savings to our customers.
ALK Association Management Services, Inc. is dedicated to provide homeowner board
members with information needed to make educated and economical decisions that
are in the best interest of the community. At ALK, your board members have the
opportunity to interface directly with our owners, which allows prompt and personal
resolution to homeowner association concerns.
The owners of ALK have several years of experience in association management and
have spent several years working in the public business sector. Our owners are
members of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and possess Master of
Business Administration (MBA) degrees. The Vice-President of ALK posses a Certified
Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) certification through CAI.
ALK Association Management Services, Inc. believes in helping others by supporting
philanthropy. Ten percent of ALK's annual revenue is donated to charities or
non-profit organizations each year. ALK has made charitable donations to such
organizations as The American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org), The Children's
Cancer Research Fund (www.childrenscancer.org), The Songs of Love Foundation
(www.songsoflove.org) and Meadowbrook Theatre to name a few.
